Beyond the Sun

Beyond the Sun is part of “Little Stories… of Science” a series of programs for planetariums conceived for family audiences. It considers the distinctive characteristics unique to fulldome projections, taking full advantage of their potential and combining photorealistic CG images with 3D animated characters. Entertainment and science go hand in hand. In this story CELESTE is fighting off sleep by reading a book on astronomy when, through her bedroom window, she receives a visit from MOON and his mischievous helpers. With the aid of his helpers, Moon leads Celeste on a journey through the universe. Together they observe rogue planets, oceanic worlds, and super-Earths.
